Capital Kids Cricket "British Land" Primary School League (Newham)

Capital Kids Cricket deliver a primary schools cricket league sponsored by British Land. It is played across the whole of London. The league, now in its forth year, is the largest kids cricket league in the UK. This year's competition involves over 190 schools and 2000 boys and girls from 18 London boroughs.

Each borough hosts their own mini league with the winners going through to a play-off against the winners from a neighbouring borough. The winners of that play-off get the opportunity to play in the grand final, at Lords. Capital Kids Cricket "British Land" Primary School League (Newham)

Newham League

Newham hosted its first British Land mini league last years, which saw Sheringham primary school successfully reach the play-off against a school from Waltham Forest. Unfortunately, Sheringham came up short but took allot away from the experience. This year, Newham are hosting its second British Land mini league. This time, two leagues have been organized, with the winners playing each other for the title of champions of Newham. The first league was played at Rokeby School and the second at Vicarage Primary School. Results so far are as follows:

Rokeby League winners: Shaftsbury Primary School.

Newham Final: To be played at Vicarage Primary School on Febuary 11th 2010.

East London Play-Off: To be confirmed
